Connecting to an existing home wlan - other members are invisible

I have bought a new laptop with XP Pro. I have a wlan with to other computers
(one with XP Home, one with Windows 98 1st edition) connected. I want to
connect the new computer to the two older ones. I can connect to the wlan, I
am actually using it now for Internet, but I can't see the other computers.
Does anyone have some piece of advice?
