Windows 2000 will not boot and will not repair also

My windows 2000 does not boot. I get the blue screen while
booting with different errors
as "Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area" or "STOP ....
ntoskrnl.exe" or "registry_error" or some other kind of
stop error.

I have tried removing cards, switch memory cards but the
error just changes on me.

I have even tried reinstalling windows but the startup
disks do not boot up. at the fourth startup disk I once
again get a blue screen.

I even tried installing a different version (windows .net
standard server (beta)) but even the installation for that
fails with a blue screen.

My guess is it has to be some sort of hardware failure,
but what I cannot point out.

Please help. It has been 2 weeks now and my pc is still
done.

i would try taking all the card out PCI and CNRs take off
all CD-roms bar 1 cd-rom, and also have 1 bit of memory
in and try installing windows again. If it still fails
try changing the motherboard
