Stop Error 0x00000050 Page fault in nonpaged area

I am running an Intel motherboard with dual 500 Mhz
Pentium III's running Windows 2000 Pro, SP4 with all the
updates. Was working since last update about 2 weeks ago.
Now during bootup gets about half way through " Starting
Windows 2000 Professional" screen and get blue screen with

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I get this every time i try to boot, even in safe mode and
from CD. I know that this is a hardware failure but not
able to determine where.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
