Page fault in nonpaged area

Here's a problem that I've got. Everytime that I start my
computer, whether or not I have any USB hardware connected
and/or my braodband plugged in, I keep getting the same
error. Nothing I searched for in the support section can
help.

Page fault in nonpaged area

Stop: 0x00000050
(0xD429B001,0x00000001,0x80611F9B,0x00000000)

Same thing everytime. It also says, "Beginning dump of
physical memory. Physical memory dump complete."

Have no idea what's going on. Anybody else?

Hey Rich,

Unfortunately, thanks. I did find out the
problem...faulty RAM. Now I've got to buy a replacement
512MB PC-2100 DDR memory stick. Time to go surfing on e-
Bay.

To everyone else...I highly recommend that you attempt
everything in the world before calling Sony technical
support. After telling me to start my computer in the
Safe Mode (duh!), he wanted me to insert the Recovery
disk. Uh, no thanks. Not only would all my valuable data
be erased but it wouldn't come anywhere near solving the
problem. More or less, I wasted $20 to have some idiot
run me through everything that I had already tried and not
succeeded in doing.

Again, thanks Rick. I've bookmarked the site in analog
status (I wrote it down on piece of paper...hyuck, hyuck)
for any future problems. Take care.
