Hello forum members:

When I start Windows 2000 SP4, the following error appears:
STOP: 0x00000050 (0xE142B000, 0x00000000, 0x80462F99, 0x00000001)
PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
ADDRESS 80462F99 base at 80400000, datastamp 4047db83-ntoskrnl.exe

The above is the exact error message.

I've searched the knowledge base article for the STOP: 0x00000050 error, but
all I can find is similar to my error message.
There are many close-match articles, and I don't know which article is
really relevant to my case.
I can not find the troubleshooting tips for my exact error message.
Do I have to find the article for my exact error message to resolve this
error?
Or Can anyone lead to me to the appropriate troubleshooting tips?
