when i start up win 2000pro it shut down and restart i can
not get it to reach to tne desktpo i was installing
EASY MEDIA CREATER 7 WHEN TI LOCKUP I RESTART THEN ALL
HELL BROKE LOOSE CAN YOU HELP me please

Looks like that program really messed something up.
best thing to do, is start the computer up in safe mode, to do this press F8
as soon as the OS starts loading, it will come up with a menu. go to safe
mode and then remove the program by going to control panel, add remove
programs.
or goto the run line and type msconfig then select selective startup, and go
through the tabs and uncheck everything related to this program.
