When I Shut Down pc, using Shut Down Option, pc ReBoots
and starts to load Win2000. Same with Restart Option.
Hibernate Option allows for normal shut down. How do I
fix this abnormal shutdown procedure? Tried reinstall of
Win 2000Pro; doesn't solve the issue. Thanks. lou

have you checked your apm settings in desktop properties
and setup?

your bios might not be useing that power setting..check your bios first..then go to the power options and see what scheme your on
