Dear all

I am facing a problem that, after users use normal way to Shutdown(Start -->
Shut Down --> Shut down) the machine, it will restart right away, even I
uncheck reboot during error options it happens again and again.

Those machines are same model let say Dell Optiplex Gx240 and all of them is
cloned by same image file.

The problem occur only when their machine is cloned by our orginal image,
but that is a tested imagine, and most of our machine using with fine
situation but only that 4 problem machine.

Would anyone mind to share some information or direction?

thx a lot
Best regards
Leo

Leo:
Boot to safe mode. Shutdown, per your description. Does the problem occur,
or go away?

What operating system was on the computers before you imaged them?

What program did you use for the imaging?
