I Googled for "Microsoft Greetings 99 compatible XP?" and got this
interesting link:

http://www.eggheadcafe.com/ng/microsoft.public.home.publishing/post2128182.asp

Basically, it says the program is not compatible with XP. The post
refers to the following MS Knowledge Base article which gives a way you
might be able to run the program in Compatibility Mode:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=320012

But probably you're going to have to buy an XP-compatible program.
