Win32k.sys Blue Screen Error

While playing certain D3D games, every now and again i
recive a :

Stop:0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa00e748a, 0x000000000,
0x0000060c) kmode_exception_not_handled
Address a00e748a base at a0000000 Datestamp 3f1dc99c
win32k.sys

Blue screen of death error.
Now I have the most current versions/upgrades of
Windows2000 sp4, Directx9 & graphic card drivers.
Any assistance would be gratefully recived. and if you
wish me to make a /dump of dxdiag, i'd be more then happy
to provide that, or any other information.
