w2k occur blue screen recently

1 user is using w2k adn when she use excel, blue screen occur
first time is ntoskrnl.exe error
now is win32k.sys error like
STOP : 000000050 ( 0XA9XXXX, XXXXXXX,.................)
Page_Fault_In_NonPaged_Area
Address A0010BB0 base at A0000000, Datastamp 4216XXXX-win32k.sys

I find many article from MS, but no idea what should I check first
Anyone have idea ?

Remark : antivirus detect this user inflected by swizzor.gen/dldr, but
already fixed

Any recently added drivers or hardware would be a good place to start. if
you've got two sticks of memory in your machine try running with only one
and see if the problem continues, also you may try disabling any antivirus
you have for a short period to see if it's playing into the problem.
Assuming of course that the problem happens consistently.
