win2k upgrade from 98

After begining the install I was asked if I wanted to go
ntdlr or stay fat I chose fat because I wanted to retain
all the other programs photos and the like
It rebooted without being prompted and on the restrart
it will not boot just says NTDLR NOT FOUND Please help

Do you have a floppy in the drive ??

Also, it asked if you wanted to convert your hard drive to
NTFS (not ntldr).
