Win2003 Standard Fax service - works fine unless you do more than 2 faxes at a time

E

ewood

2 clients are connecting to this server via Terminal services, although it
is in remote administration mode.

Everything works fine, with one problem. When you try to send to a
distrobution list with more than 2 people it will let you complete the
wizard, although it won't send.

No errors, nothing.

can anyone help?

The only thing I can think of is a licensing problem, but why? you could
print 20 documents to a printer with only a 2 user licensee.

FYI this server does have 5 CALS, although they are not for terminal
services.

Thanks for the help!

I tried repro-ing the scenario using the following steps:

1. 2 Terminal Services connections
2. Created a distribution list using Outlook with 3 recepients.
3. Sent a fax using Fax Client to the distribution list created above.

Result:
I get 3 Fax jobs in the Outbox.

Few questions:
Is it local or remote printer?
Which address book do u create the DL? Windows or Outlook?
Increase the event tracking levels in Fax Properties and check if you get
any events.
Also, check the Outbox logs.
