Win XPHome and Pro instalation problems

When I try to install Win XP Home and/or Pro I receive BSoD.
The installation passes boot and file copy section and somewhere when is
under configuring section (It's not always on a same place) I got one of
those errors:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

0x00000024 (0x001902FA, 0xF8FAC4744, 0xF8FAC444, 0x8053D5AD)

I checked on other computer power supply, FDD, HDD (Seagate Barracuda ATA
IV) and several CD- Roms and they passed installation fine.

Other Components (not checked yet):

Intel Celeron Tualatin 1.3,
256 MB Ram &
Matsonic MS7188D
