my computer keeps freezing up for a few seconds then
starts back moving.lately its been doing it a lot is their
something i can do
 
1. Look in Task Manager, on the Processes tab, to see what is hogging the
CPU.
2. Look in the Event Viewer to see if any clues show up there:
Start
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Event Viewer
