Win upgrades doesn't download.

When I go to Win Upgrade in Start>All Programs and go to the Win web site.
Click Scan computer win Microsoft web site, then I accept terms and
conditions.

After this nothing happens.

I get the Download window but it never starts moving.
I've tried several times, and left the computer alone for a long time.
Even tried to make it one of my secure web sites in the security settings.
Tried to set security as low as possible too.
I've done this many times before but it just recently started happening.

Could somebody please help?

appears but download never starts
