Win server 2003 file persmission set up

Hai
I am facing a problem in our office. We need to create one share folder in domain with the following permissions. can any body help me in this..?

two users (A&B) can access this particular folder from their desktops only. All the other users in the domain can't access.Same time these users also doesn't want to access the same folder from any other desktops with their usernames... is it possible..??? please help me
