win activation help me pls!!

i have put in a new processor and reinstalled win dows
now it thinks i am trying to run my copy of win on 2
computers so it wont leme activate how can i disable the
activation thing thers a reg key somewhere i heard

You probably can call Microsoft and get things straightened out... I haven't
ever needed to do this before, but I heard that it was painless.
