Win 32 Services error

Past 2 weeks, error messages "Generic Host Process for 32 Services" . Could
Norton Anti-Virus 2005 recent installation causing this? How fix?

I have the exact same issues and I'm looking for answers on the Win 32
Services so your not alone. I also opened System Information an there is
nothing there at all. All system information is gone with the wind. We were
probably hit by the same" RAT", that like to crash peoples computers.
