Win 2k3 and multiple devices with fax services

Hi,
I have installed fax services and put two same fax/modem PCI cards on server running on Win 2k3. One device was installed prior the second one and fax services were installed and configured at that moment. Recently I have put second fax/modem and installed in that server.
Now that new device is not beeing shown in Fax console, just that first one.
Funny thing is that Diagnostic/Query to that modem is reporting that modem is not functioning properly but installation went without problem, and devices tree is not showing any problems.

Any help would be appriciated!
