Fax Service - Fax Devices

I installed the fax service of windows 2003 and i installed two modems.

The Microsoft Fax Service Manager identifies in devices menu the two modems.

However in Printers and Faxes only appears one fax device. For my logic of
thought, for each installed device, equally would exist a fax device in
Printers and Faxes?!

I ask if this is a limitation of the service or lack of configuration?

Thanks!!

Printers and Faxes show a fax printer - a logical device. The number of
physical devices that server the outgoing and incoming transmissions can be
larger, depending on the Windows server SKU. This is neither a limitation,
nor an error. It is by design.

Then hwo I obtain the following scene: I have a server with the Windows 2003
Server Enterprise Edition. Installed the fax service, being the version
enterprise I do not have limitations of devices. I have for example 5 modem,
each modem has a telefonica line with a different number. I have 5
departments and I want to give to each department a fax. Existing 5 modem,
how I make to exist five fax devices as that fax device that Windows creates
when of the installation of the fax service.
