Win 2k and Win xp disks won't boot

Shuttle AN35 Ultra board, AMD 2600+ barton core - 333Fsb,
512mg Ram, blank HD.

set bios to boot from CD, win 2k setup loads all it's
drivers, then while starting it's mini os is what I call
it, it crashes.

same thing with win XP cd, same problem. This time, it
tells me that ntdll.dll is the problem.

try to boot up a hd with 2000 already on it, get
inaccesable boot device blue screen.

i've tried many things, it's in the wee hours of th
emorning, i cant type apparently, please. help.

On clean installs, if you bugcheck or the installation fails then you have a
hardware configuration issue or bad hardware. Try removing an non-essential
hardware from the machine and see if you get the same results.
