WIN 2000 Upgrade

When I try to upgrade from Win 98 to Win 2000 on my IBM
Aptive 2171-545, as soon as the Win 2000 screen shows, the
keyboard locks up.
I cannot complete the install, as I need to type in my
name/company!
HELP

why don't you go to the IBM site and see what they say about upgrading your
machine. You may need a bios update, I did for my Toshiba to put Win2000 on
it, along with updated drivers and stuff.

It was so slow though (pent 200 mmx 64MB) I went back to win98.
