win 2000 server sp4 terminal server error 0x8007000e

I installed sp4 on win 2000 server terminal server, when i
connect via a terminal server client when searching for
clips in a office xp document, and are not a member of
the administrator group you became the error:" not enough
storage is available to complete this operation" error
0x8007000e
anybody knows a fix for this behavior

Go run filemon from www.sysinternals.com as an admin while
a normal user gets this error. Look in the output of
filemon for access denied errors that would indicate
incorrect NTFS permissions on a file. Change the
permissions on that file to fix your problem.
