Win 2000 Bootup Question

Hello,
Everytime I startup my windows machine (either fresh
startup or re-boot) a windows explorer window opens
with "C:\Program Files" as the current directory. As far
as I can tell, I have nothing set to automatically start
at boot. I would like to have no windows open at boot. I
am running Win 2000 SP 4.
Thanks in advance,
William
