Hi I have a router that let me open port, the seccion is called "Virtual
Server", I gave a static IP Adress to the cumpurer that I want to have access
thruo remote desktop and open port 80 and 3389 that IP adress, but I cannot
acces the computer, send a message that cannot find the computer, the IP for
the connection
that I am using is the one that I saw in the router in section WAN without
port

does any have idea what could be my mistake?

You need port 3389, TCP for Remote Desktop Connection.

For Remote Desktop Web Connection, you need port 80, TCP and port 3389, TCP.

If you have the correct IP address--i.e. it has not changed between the time
you observe it and when you test, the issue may be whether there is some
firewall or proxy preventing the use of these ports OUTBOUND from your
testing location.

Alternatively, some ISP's may block port 80 INBOUND to subscriber lines.

If you are using your WAN IP address, but testing from behind the
router---many routers will not handle this correctly. Either test from
outside or use a dialup.
