why some files on remote showing unmatched,conflict and unchanged

I am working on web project. I have to publish site. I am trying to publish
by frotpage. Some of the file on remote site is showing unmatched,conflict
and unchanged. Please give reason.

This page gives the definition for each message in the publish windows.

Occasionally, the meta data (stored in the extensions) goes out of
synch, or possibly corrupted, and the messages get confused. The usual
cure here is to do one or more of:

Do a full publish (all files).

Open both sites and run Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks on both.

Ignore the messages and overwrite the files on the site you are
publishing to.
