Why does this appear when I turn on my computer? Is it a RAM probl

A few days ago, my computer kept restarting on its own. At one restart, a
message pop up appeared with the words: "The system has recovered from a
serious error."
At another moment I also saw the Blue screen of death.

Now, when I turn on my computer, this is what appears on the monitor:

I already tried to use the "recovery" CD that came with my computer when I
first bought it. I already tried to format the hard drive and reinstall
windows xp, but the screen still appears the same. Is this a RAM problem?
Could it be that my computer's RAm is faulty and/or needs to be replaced?

Actually, my computer has an integrated GPU.

please be aware of safe vga card or about slat agp or pciexpress
or ... any salat that you used to. i mean clean it by special
cleaner , when you are going to setup xp the instal driver couldnt
find and install graphic driver, maybe it could be damage , do you
have exra beep at the same time?*(extra more it could be graphic card
have move or vibrated on slot )
