why does printer only print envelopes in red?

The printer decided today to only print envelopes in red. I changed the font
color to black but it still prints in red. I even changed the default to
black instead of automatic. The cartridges are in their proper places. It is
a Dell 720 laser. I cannot find anyone with similar problem. No help from
Dell. Letters print out fine in black. Only envelopes prints in red.

Take a look at the formatting of the font in the Envelope Address style.
