Why does Outlook 2007 repeatedly sends emails?

When I send an email with attachments from Outlook 2007 it recently start
sending the message repeatedly until I go into the Outbox and delete the
email. I've been using Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista for months and this
problem just started. How do I fix this?

Are you using a virus scanning on your outgoing email? If so, disable it.
