repeating notes sent

Whenever I am sending large files as attachments the recipient gets repeating
notes until I delete the note from my outbox in Outlook 2007 using Vista
operating system. Please help. Thank you.

Sounds like you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook. They are
known sources to mess up your send/receive process. Disable/uninstall this
integration of your virus scanner and try again.
