PROBLEM SENDING LARGE EMAILS WITH OUTLOOK 2007

M

MRSBY

I am using Microsoft Office Professional with Microsoft Outlook 2007. When
sending emails with large attachments (over 1MB in size) I get an error
telling me that the email has not been sent and it is still in the outbox and
outlook keeps trying to send it. I discovered that the emails have actually
been sent and when outlook keeps trying to send them the recipient receives
multiple copies. Outlook will keep sending the email until I delete it from
my outbox.

Is there any solution to this problem and why can I not send emails over 1MB
in size? I seem to receive large emails from otherw with no problems!

Are you scanning mail with a virus scanner? This will often cause problems
and the fix is to stop scanning email. Depending on the antivirus program,
you may need to uninstall it and reinstall it without the email integration
option.
