Outlook 2007 - Email Remain in Outbox...Sometimes

K

Kenny

Hello,

Has anyone ever had problems with emails remaining in the Outbox? I have a
User that has a problem with Outlook 2007 on occasions. She would reply to a
message or add additional email accounts to an email, and press Send. The
email will remain in the Outbox. There is no error message; the email just
sits in the Outbox. After repeated attempts, she would restart the computer,
and delete the Outbound message, and then retry replying to a message and it
would work again.

Appreciate any guidance as to solving this issue?

Thanks.

I have same problem:

Windows Vista Ultimate SP2
Office Outlook 2007 SP2 w/ Outlook Connector using an msn email account.

If I reply to an email..........no problems.
If I create a new email, it goes to the outbox in my Personal Folders Tab
and won't send.

I have Office diagnostics and everything checks out ok. I have uninstalled,
repaired the install and updated with all patches out there.

Thanks

Ok, did some more research.....If I type in the email address they will send.
If I use contacts and select (the same identical) email address it won't
send.
