Why do section breaks show on print?

Hi

I have a feeling this might be quite easy, but I can't figure it out. When I
print, the sections breaks appear as something lihe this: ---section break
(next page)---. No other formats do, and the section breaks are not visible
on screen. Can someone please help? Deadline for my final thesis is just
around the corner!
