Why can't Norton Remove these Items?

A deep scan with Norton came up with these items that it tried to remove but
could not. Why couldn't it get rid of these items and how do I get rid of
this crap? (Have run Ad Aware and also HijackThis)

I haven't e-mailed Norton about it because I only have their software on a
trial basis as I usually use AVG. I have been having some problems with my
computer lately and so installed Norton to check and see if there is
something that AVG was missing. Unsure if they provide support for Trial
users and I'm also unsure if I would buy it if it doesn't work any better
than this.

Having a big problem with system slow to load any windows or open
applications when I first go online. Everything else seems to be working
better tho. Checking out previous posts through Google has me wondering if
Norton isn't the cause of the hangs I'm getting now as well.
