Can't get rid of "CommonName"

Believe me, I've tried everything...Norton found it but couldn't delete it,
Adaware found it but didn't delete it, Hijack This has found it and says it
is fixing it but does not, I've deleted all references to it from my
registry, definitely tried deleting the folder from my C drive, tried
renaming it, tried everything.

Can someone please help me get rid of this blasted thing?
