unable to get rid of a virus

Ok i recently did a online virus scan and it came back that
Windows\system32\dlcfg32.exe=> (Yoda 1.2)=>(PE compack 1.68-1.84) infected Backdoor.SDBot.gen

and
Windows\system32\smss.32.exe=>(aspack 2.12)=>(upx-redir)=>(upx. infected) backdoor.Sdbox.gen

were both infected but that is was unable to disinfect them. I downloaded and ran spybot search and destroy, ad-aware6, spywareblaster and spyware guard. NOne of these will get rid of this virus. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it.
