Why can't I see the pictures of the web page?

I pulled a page from the remote server using FP2003. When looking at the page
locally to edit in design view the graphic frames are all empty. How can I
see and turn on the graphics.

Most likely the images point to the local machine--not the web. After
you "pulled" the images did you import them into the FP web, then make
the chnges to the web pages (with fp web open, then upload/publishe the
site (if you have a site)?
