navigation bar in front page

I have been using FrontPage since 1997. I am currently using FP2003. I've
been having problems lately adding new pages. On my main page and most
subsequent pages, I am using a Navigation Bar (with graphic buttons) in the
left field of shared borders. Lately, when I create a new page, the graphics
show up in the design and preview views of pront page, but when I save the
page, the graphics turn to text. The older pages are not affected. What can I
do?

If you are using the custom styles feature of nav bars it only works when applied under a server running the FP 2002 SE

Would this effect existing pages or just new ones created since my ISP might
have changed the server? (I'm checking with them now.)
