| Thanks for the link Katherine. I tried the FP cleaner and it made no
| difference. I did a little more analysis of the condition and found that
| when I first open FP, I can open and close as many pages as I want and the
| pages will open with all elements in place. Hoowever, as soon as I change
| one page and save it away, from then on, just about every page I open will be
| missing graphics in design view, and on opening a page, I get a series of
| messages for each page saying that it can't find a particular
| alphanumeric.htm file(s) in the temp directory. Interestingly, if I do the
| Design/Code switch/F5 refresh action recommended, from then on I can't even
| acccess that page in Design view, and have to close and reopen the page to
| work on it again. Like I said, I recently reinstalled FP and it did nothing
| to improve the situation. Maybe I'll just have to get a new computer because
| not being able to see in Design view makes things a little difficult. I am
| assuming you have never had this problem? Thanks for your help.
