Graphics in FP 2003

I have attempted to change the graphic that is common to most pages on my
website. The change showes up in FP, the upload of the new graphic is
successful but when open a browser the pages show the same graphics. Any
thought?

two things;
either the common graphic requires you to publish the whole site to get it
into the files that use it, or your browser is showing you a cached copy of
the page. in the cache issue case, in IE click tools/ internet settings/
delete history/ clear files.
re-browse to that page(s) and check it again.
