Iam trying to set up my outlook but it is asking for things like POP3 and
server and HTTP . How do I make this work?

Please ask your question in a forum supporting Outlook; this forum is for a
different program, the database software Microsoft Access. The webpage can be
confusing and may have misled you.

Your Internet Service Provider - whoever you're using to send and receive
email - should have instructions available for how to set up Outlook.
