Where's the UpperFilters ???

Hi,

Have problem w/ CDROM drive (errno 19), and was refferred
to this doc:

However I can't find UpperFilters value under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{
4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

Only LowerFilters.

Anyone can help please?

I'm having the exact same problem with my computer. I'm
running windows xp home edition and it just stopped
recognizing my cd-rom. I can't find the UpperFilters
either. Let me know if you find a solution.
