Where to get started on RAS?

Our company uses about 50 systems. Someone told me that there is a feature
called RAS that would allow me to do administration on the systems easier. I
look on Google and Microsoft and didn’t find any beginners information. Such
as how to install? What does it stand for? Where to download or purchase the
program? How to setup clients and servers to use it? How to use it? Etc, can
someone point me in the right direction?
