where is the 'recover deleted items' in the tool menu?
i'm trying to delete a permanatley deleted message and it says I need to
click that but I can't find it! help!

1. You need to connect to an Exchange server for this (not using POP/IMAP
etc)
2. The Exchange server has to be configured for deleted item retention and
you can only recover items if they're within the retention period set on the
server
3. If you're using Exchange, click on the deleted items folder to highlight
it and then try tools | recover deleted items
4. If you're not using Exchange, and don't have backups of your PST file
(back up all your data frequently!) your data is probably gone, but try
