shift delete emails

When i go to my tools menu, there is no recover deleted items. How do I add
it? Please help. I need to recover emails taht I hard deleted.

Hi Angie,

if you use Exchange server you can contct your administrator to backup your
deleted items.

If you use a local PST file and you deleted the email with "shift delete",
this email is definitly deleted.

You can only try to contact the persons to resend you the emails.
