Recover deleted items outlook 2007

I accidently deleted a folder in Outlook 2007 but I am unable to recover the
foler or any deleted items / e-mails. However I do have the option "Recover
deleted Items " on the tools menu. The registy entry "DumpsterAlwyasOn" is
also enabled. Please assist.
I also experience problems with my Outlook 2007. When I open my outlook for
the first time I have to end-task it as it shows not responding. I then have
to open outlook again and the 2nd time around it works okay.
Please assist.

Deleted folders will show up as a sub folder of the Deleted Items folder.
Only when you have permanently deleted the folder (you are prompted for
that) then you can use the "Recover Deleted Items" option when you mail
administrator has enabled retention on the server.
Otherwise; restore from backup.
