Recovering permanently deleted items in Outlook 2007

Is there anyway to recover permenantly deleted items.
I am not using Exchange server
I am using Outlook 2007 with XP SP2

I accidently hit Shift + Delete, when I realized it I clicked cancel. It
looks like Outlook deleted a months worth of emails.

Any help or product recommendation would be appreciated. Thank you.

Recover from your backup, you do have one dont you, otherwise when your PC
goes awol you will lose them anyway.

"permanent delete" - that's what it means.

There are data recovery companies that claim to be able to do recover it,
but it's an expensive option.

As someone else pointed out, backup is your friend


If available as a feature, set your ISP to forward a COPY of all emails to
another account (e.g. a gmail account).
