Recover deleted folder on archive file

Hi all,
I am using Outlook with Exchange Server. I have accidently deleted a folder
on my archive mail. I also cleared the content of deleted items. There is no
backup of the archive mail. Is it possible to recover deleted folder on
archive mail?

The archive is a pst-file so Exchange retention and backups isn't going to
be of any assistance in your case.

Additional question: the pst file is close to 900MB. Can hexadecimal editor
open this big file?
