Recover Deleted Items

I'm using Outlook 2003 Sp3, Exchange Server. Accidentally highlighted all
inbox (ctrl-a) and hit delete key. I edited registry to add 'recover deleted
items' to tools menu. They are not showing up in the list. Why not?

You shouldn't need to edit the registry. Go to your Deleted Items
folder and look at the Tools menu there.

If you don't see it you might not have it enabled on your Exchange
Server. (that would be bad)

Thanks for the reply, Ben but that doesn't really answer why I'm not seeing
the deleted items to recover. They never showed up in the deleted items
folder.

If you were holding down the Shift key when you pressed Delete, that would
explain it.
